Dear community：

Ethereum’s proof-of-work (PoW) will migrate to a proof-of-stake (PoS) when it reaches a Terminal Difficulty (TTD) value of 5875000000000000000000. The completion timeline is expected to be between September 10, 2022 – September 20, 2022.

USDD has been in circulation on Ethereum since May 5. USDD believes that in order to avoid any disruption to the community, especially when using USDD in the DeFi projects and platforms, USDD’s progress must be closely monitored during this merge. 

Please note:

1. USDD will only support PoS Ethereum after the merge is complete.

2. Whether USDD will be supported on Ethereum PoW still needs to be evaluated with further discussions.
